General requirements
As part of our Supplier Selection process we evaluate suppliers according to criteria within
- human rights
- labour standards
- environment
- health and safety
- anti-corruption
- quality
- business performance
You will be asked to fill in an online questionnaire as part of the evaluation.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to give you the opportunity to inform us about your company’s stance and present status within these areas as a base-line for further dialogue. Your response is highly appreciated and an absolute prerequisite to become a supplier.
NIBE uses English as preferred language. To become a supplier you should ensure that you have the adequate language communication skills.
What we expect
We expect reliable and honest co-operation based on mutual trust and respect. Suppliers must follow legislation and internationally agreed principles as expressed in for example United Nations (UN) Global Compacts 10 principles and the Ethnical Trading Initiative (ETC) Base Code.
We expect that promises are kept and that problems are discussed with a solution oriented, open mind.
We expect our suppliers to give us feedback that can help us to develop to a better customer.
